Investment Strategy

We invest $100,000 to $1,000,000 in seed and early stage financings, and up to $5 million over the life of a deal.  We seek teams that:

• Identify a large market opportunity defined by a compelling problem or disruptive technology
• Deploy proprietary technology or a business model innovation to secure a differentiated market position
• Develop a clear strategy for capital-efficient growth
• Can execute a strategic business model that maximizes value creation
